Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Gather and prepare necessary equipment and materials for job assignments
  • Perform maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Assist with the installation, repair, and upkeep of HVAC systems
  • Transport materials and tools to job sites while ensuring proper inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, collecting reusable materials for return
  • Properly dispose of waste and debris
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations while utilizing issued safety gear

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong work ethic complemented by excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy objects regularly
  • Must be capable of lifting over 75 lbs.
  • Prior HVAC experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
