Currently seeking a Culinary Services Associate - Full Time

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health services, including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery programs, and initiatives addressing social determinants of health such as housing and employment. We serve individuals across five counties in Central Indiana, catering to a diverse population.

Role Summary:

The Culinary Services Associate will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals, including main dishes, salads, desserts, and more, for the residents of Progress House. This role will also involve supporting the Food Service Manager and Assistant in various kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food service or restaurant settings required
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to operate independently
  • Ability to interpret and follow recipes accurately
  • Familiarity with 12-step recovery principles and the functions of Progress House is advantageous
