Key Responsibilities:
* Work directly with the Operations and Billing Departments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
* Collaborate with executives and terminal managers to develop and implement effective invoicing procedures.
* Communicate directly with customers regarding billing concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist the Accounting department in managing outstanding invoice balances and ensuring data integrity.
* Audit weekly dispatch data to identify and resolve continuity issues, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
* Correct TMW issues through our ticket system to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
* Complete company reporting and auditing on Layovers, Detention, Surge, and Stop Off Count.
* Produce weekly invoices while adhering to customer deadlines and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Identify potential errors made on invoices and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
* Run weekly Mileage and Toll reporting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
* Accurately update company and customer KPI reports to inform business decisions.
* Support the team by acting as a backup during absences and ensuring continuity of operations.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Excel using basic functions and formulas to analyze data and create reports.
* Ability to work successfully and professionally in a team environment, with minimal supervision and instruction.
* Self-motivated and focused to complete tasks with limited guidance and direction.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Detail-oriented, accurate, and possesses analytical capabilities to identify and resolve issues.
* High level of interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
* Effective at demonstrating good judgment and initiative to make sound business decisions based on multiple data sources.
* Ability to communicate, establish credibility, and influence change within all levels of the organization.
