Job Overview

The Applicator Maintenance Specialist is a key member of the Liqui-Grow team, responsible for the marketing of agricultural products and the on-farm application of these products within a defined territory. This role requires strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and promote agricultural products to farmers and other customers
  • Apply products to farms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including pumps, piping, and tanks
  • Ensure all equipment and rolling stock is properly maintained and repaired in advance of seasonal changes
  • Collaborate with the retail manager to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks
  • Organize and maintain a record-keeping system to track maintenance activities
  • Assist with training activities to gain knowledge of products and their benefits to farmers
  • Participate in soil sampling and scouting to develop recommendations for fertilizer and pesticide applications
Requirements
  • Must pass a pre-drug test
  • Must have a good driving record
  • Must have an Applicator's License/CDL (Twin State, Inc. will facilitate)
  • Application/Ag Equipment experience is ideal
