Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:** Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all activities and milestones are well-defined and communicated. Track progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

2. **Financial Management:** Oversee project budgets and financial resources, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Regularly monitor expenses and provide financial updates to stakeholders.

3. **Project Leadership:** Direct and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution. Offer support and resolve any conflicts that arise.

4. **Risk Assessment:** Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them. Actively manage risks to minimize their impact on project schedules and budgets.

5. **Quality Assurance:** Establish and uphold quality control standards to ensure projects meet industry benchmarks and client satisfaction. Conduct inspections and audits to assess project quality and identify improvement areas.

6. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle and respond to any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

1. **Experience:** At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally within the Life Science construction sector, with a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

2. **Skills:** Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

3. **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies, along with familiarity with industry regulations and standards. Proficient in project management software.

4. **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams towards successful outcomes. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, adaptable to changing project demands.

5. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. PMP certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
