Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will oversee the management of classroom activities, including the execution of our proprietary curriculum. Our curriculum is structured around literacy and is designed to be both flexible and engaging. Educators are encouraged to be imaginative and deliberate in crafting activities, allowing you the professional autonomy to tailor instructional decisions to meet the interests and needs of your students. Our teams foster collaboration and build strong relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the broader community.

Employment Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Adheres to all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Meets all state-specific educational requirements. Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor's Degree with at least 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. (One year of experience with children may be required.)
    • Associate Degree with at least 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. (Two to three years of experience with children may be required.)
    • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with children.
To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Generally, this position requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, rising from the floor, twisting, listening, reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
