Cafeteria Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cafeteria Attendant to join our team at MTC. As a Cafeteria Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe food service environment, preparing and serving meals, and ensuring that all food and beverage items are stored and handled properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers, and condiments
  • Prepare and serve meals, including making coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies
  • Clean food service area, tables, and kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Perform cooking duties as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification
  • Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • Valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record
