Job Title: Compounder

System One Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Compounder to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Compounder to work in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with chemical compounding and be able to retrieve assigned formulas, review information, and work on orders with the earliest ship date first.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve assigned formulas and review information for compounding
  • Work on orders with the earliest ship date first
  • Record substitutions, over-pours, etc., and ensure supervisor approval is obtained
  • Add raw materials manually or from dispensing racks and/or dosing cluster by weight using scales
  • Heat batches and materials as needed using hot plates, etc.
  • Ensure that materials are not overheated and thoroughly mix batches
  • Keep equipment and area in proper working condition
  • Advises Supervisor of any equipment issues
  • Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to safety regulations and procedures
  • Use hand scanners to remove and re-locate materials and participate in year-end inventory
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial work experience required; chemical compounding experience preferred
