About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from conceptual UI to high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and development handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, encompassing components, variables, patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement high-fidelity designs and system components effectively, ensuring high fidelity to the original design specifications.
  • Design and maintain deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to emerging technologies and leveraging them effectively.
  • Elevate our design language by enhancing design systems with new patterns, design tokens, UI components, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain robust relationships across disciplines and projects, modeling energy and enthusiasm, and participating actively in client meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong experience with Figma, including prototyping and micro-interactions/UI animations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to create seamless designs for web and native apps that exceed project goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional skills in motion design are a plus.
  • Experience working with tier-1 and tier-2 brands.
  • Willingness to travel for client work as needed.
