The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing litigation strategies and plans, as well as developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute case strategies and plans
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work
  • Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar
