Canvassing Manager

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead our Direct Marketing Programs in Monroeville, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving non-media lead generation and local awareness through cost-effective strategies.

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Direct Marketing Associates (canvassers) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train Direct Marketing Associates through effective recruiting tools and partnerships.
• Field Operations: Oversee all field activities, including in-field and office training, role-playing, daily meetings, and field supervision.
• Culture Development: Create and develop a positive culture within the local Proximity Marketing team through personal role modeling and coaching.
• Administrative Tasks: Coordinate canvass logistics, track leads, and maintain scripts and flyers.
• Market Intelligence: Provide insights on neighborhoods and cities where Renewal by Andersen's products and services can be demonstrated to generate qualified leads and appointments.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within canvassing or face-to-face marketing programs, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Skills: Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional training programs and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day and stand for 8 hours per day.
