Overview:
We are seeking a caring LPN to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and services. How you Will make a Difference:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the following:
Delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents
Supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
Operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations
Confirming that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility
What you Need to make a Difference:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An active LPN license in the state of residence
Current/active CPR Certification
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
