We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
