Shell Core Assembler

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a skilled Shell Core/Coil Assembler to join their team.

• Assemble various sizes of transformers and related sub-assemblies using defined procedures, bills of materials, VOMs, and equipment.
• Rework damaged or defective component parts and complete assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine upkeep on tools and equipment, and safely operate overhead cranes and hoisting equipment to move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize various manual/power operated hand tools and heavy machinery, including fork lifts, screw guns, air ratchet tools, welding machines, and more.

• No education required, but relevant work experience and previous experience in manufacturing are preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required, and demonstrate effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive work ethic.
• Comprehend written and verbal work instructions accurately, and uphold Eaton's Values and Philosophy.
