Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinic Manager for the Cardiovascular Unit.

Summary
The Clinic Manager is responsible for managing and directing activities for the provision of care in the Cardiovascular Unit. This includes providing direct professional care to patients, collaborating with patients' families, visitors, nursing personnel, physicians, and staff of other departments. The Manager serves as the departmental on-site manager for daily operations and completes established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
Qualifications
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree.
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Three years in acute care.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
- REQUIRED COURSES/COMPLETIONS:
- Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
- ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention are required within timeframe addressed on the RN job description for unit/department or specialty.

If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
