Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks, resolving requests from the manufacturing floor, and maintaining equipment in production-ready and safe condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Resolve requests from the manufacturing floor in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain equipment in production-ready and safe condition.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
  • Communicate key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must possess a high degree of skill and a broad knowledge of mechanical principles and electromechanical techniques.
  • Ability to utilize basic and advanced hand tools for a multitude of applications.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
