Community Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Research Oncology team at the North Oncology Cancer Pavilion in Indianapolis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimal outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and execute clinical research protocols in conjunction with the Principal Investigator and clinical research team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • 2-year/Associate's Degree Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN) Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited school of nursing or two years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Required Certifications/Licensures: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • 2 years of recent Oncology experience is required; some research experience is preferred.
  • Must obtain Certified Clinical Research Coordinator Certification (CCRC) within 3-years of hire.
