Job Summary

Cummings Resources, LLC is seeking a skilled Material Mover to join our team. As a Material Mover, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials to be moved.
  • Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, traps, racks, shelves, or carts by hand.
  • Convey materials throughout the plant to designated areas or work sites.
  • Lift heavy objects to be moved.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
Qualifications

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is also acceptable.

Language Skills

English language proficiency is required.
