BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Salem, New Hampshire. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to improve clients' mobility and function.
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
  • Accurately documenting client progress and care provided.

Qualifications:

  • A current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
