The Fashion Marketing Specialist at Burlington plays a vital role in developing visually stunning and brand-consistent styling content that enhances the Burlington identity. This position involves curating inspiring narratives through strategic product choices, focusing on key categories, trends, and consumer interests. Working closely with Merchants, the Fashion Office, Business Strategy, and Marketing teams, the Specialist ensures that product messaging aligns with merchandising objectives and resonates with diverse customer segments. This role requires a unique combination of fashion knowledge, creative vision, and marketing insight to effectively communicate Burlington's brand essence through engaging styling.
A Day in the Life:
+ Collaborative Styling Leadership: Partner with Merchants to develop trend-driven marketing looks, participate in vendor meetings, create quarterly marketing presentations, and manage sample collections.
+ Photoshoot Preparation: Work with studio production and content teams to meticulously organize upcoming photoshoots. Coordinate model fittings, select merchandise, and assemble complete outfits for on-model photography. Lead pre-production meetings to align all teams and ensure cohesive planning.
+ Photoshoot Execution: Collaborate with studio production and content teams to prepare for photoshoots. Coordinate with models, hair, and makeup teams. Review final looks and schedules, ensuring timely preparation of selected outfits. Maintain an organized model flow system and perform garment adjustments as necessary.
+ Fashion Office Collaboration: Transform seasonal trend forecasts into consumer-friendly, accessible looks. Create comprehensive photo styling mood boards to guide creative direction and visual storytelling.
You Come With:
+ 2-4 years of relevant experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, or marketing.
+ Fashion Expertise: A solid understanding of fashion trends and styles, with the ability to translate them into compelling visual presentations that align with brand identity.
