Your Responsibilities
Deliver extraordinary results, innovation, and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines. Deliver various aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws. Maintain accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction. Uphold facility standards by ensuring all treatment rooms, devices, and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols. Consistently meet and/or exceed individual key performance metrics (i.e., revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems. Educate all non-members on the benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforce the benefit of membership to current members. Ensure an 85%+ booked clinic schedule. Represent Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for a Registered Nurse Practitioner credential, licensed to practice in the state of the designated clinic, with a minimum of 1 year experience in aesthetics. You should have superior interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrated strong sales skills, including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
