Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for resident care personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to orient, assess progress, and reinforce training for resident care staff.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required documentation as per Navion Senior Solutions and state regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of state regulations under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Provide coverage as the manager on duty, represent the community, and engage in staff meetings and community events.
  • Review and audit Medication Administration Reports (MAR) and communicate any changes to the pharmacy.
  • Conduct regular audits of resident records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Perform resident assessments in accordance with Navion Senior Solutions and licensure guidelines promptly.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Preferred experience or training in a similar environment.
  • Medication Technician certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated understanding and empathy for the needs of senior residents.
  • Ability to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes resident care without compromising safety or health.
  • Capability to lead team processes and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
