ROLE SUMMARY:

As a dedicated Culinary Team Member in our scratch-based kitchen, you will embody our commitment to locally-sourced, handcrafted cuisine. Your contribution is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience by passionately presenting and serving our seasonal offerings. You will ensure that every dish is not only flavorful but also presented with precision and urgency. Our team will depend on your proactive approach, readiness to undertake various responsibilities, and your ability to enhance our restaurant's operations while providing genuine hospitality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate the story behind our current menu, emphasizing the seasonality and source of ingredients while serving meals that delight our guests.
  • Broaden your culinary knowledge by learning about local produce and cooking techniques from our experienced chefs.
  • Provide outstanding hospitality that makes each guest feel appreciated, ensuring meticulous attention to dining areas, takeout orders, and delivery coordination.
  • Engage with patrons proactively, anticipating their needs and making their experience memorable.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for our seasonal selections, the local farms, and the farmers we collaborate with.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and remain active in the kitchen for extended periods. (Note: Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with accommodations available if necessary.)
  • Maintain the high food safety standards set by both health regulations and Naked Farmer.
  • Conclude each day with a sense of fulfillment, knowing you contribute to a larger vision of a sustainable food system.
