Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care during night shifts and oversee the provision of care by direct care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients under your supervision
  • Coordinate responses to incidents and ensure timely interventions
  • Support the Director of Nursing with hiring, education, and performance improvement activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* Proven experience in psychiatric care or similar setting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
