About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Ulta Beauty, Inc. as a Skincare Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare services to our guests, providing personalized consultations, and promoting our premium skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Skincare Services: Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and makeup applications, to meet or exceed sales goals and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our premium skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Guest Engagement: Build strong relationships with guests, understand their skincare needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and guest loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and other team members to achieve sales and service goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or esthetics license preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in skincare or beauty industry preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in latest skincare techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
