About the Role
Sacramento County is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a detention/correctional facility setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors. You will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care, testing, and treatment of patients
- Interview patients and assist them in follow-up care
- Maintain medical and medication supplies
- Assist in emergency medical treatment and administer medications

Requirements
- Possession of a current valid Licensed Vocational Nurse license issued by the State of California
- Experience working in a detention/correctional facility or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
