As a Home Health Aide, you'll be part of a team that provides personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, to enable clients to stay in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, with your availability being the foundation of your schedule, as well as full-time or part-time hours, weekly pay, and direct deposit. You'll also have access to mileage reimbursement, premium holiday pay, referral bonuses, employee recognition programs, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 24-hour live support staff. In this role, you'll support clients with light housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. You'll also keep clients engaged through conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment. We're looking for individuals with experience providing personal care, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. You'll need to be willing and able to work occasional weekends and have great attendance, as our clients depend on us for their quality of life.
