- Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Prepare Food and Supplies: Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving, and stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Support Kitchen Operations: Set up banquet tables, sweep or scrub floors, clean garbage cans, and sort and remove trash.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- Language Skills: Proficient in speaking and understanding English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an hourly paid position with varying days and hours of work according to business hours and job requirements. Our business operates seven days a week, and hours may start as early as 9 AM and go as late as 2 AM depending on the work required.
