The Retail Operations Leader will also be responsible for scheduling regular maintenance and repairs for all equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities: A top performer will consistently meet or exceed the following standards:
  • Guarantee that Laundry Luv surpasses customer expectations, particularly in customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Ensure Store Attendants are punctual, presentable, and courteous to all patrons.
  • Restore all machines to full operational status within three business days of any downtime.
  • Maintain a clean store environment, arrange furniture according to the space plan, and ensure proper lighting is utilized.
  • Implement ongoing training for Store Attendants.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with Store Attendants to support their personal and professional well-being.
  • Optimize in-store signage to enhance the customer experience.
  • Regularly gather customer feedback to improve store operations.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities in the area.
Essential Duties:
  • Maintain store profitability.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Monitor machine usage statistics and report findings to regional management.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-lit, and secure.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
  • Oversee machine maintenance and promptly report any issues.
  • Facilitate training for Store Attendants.
Management Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Store Attendants and any associated contractors.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with basic commercial cleaning practices.
  • Exceptional rapport-building abilities.
  • People-oriented mindset.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
