Compensation: $15,000 Sign on Bonus and a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a genuine interest in geriatric nursing to lead our nursing team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality-nursing care to patients, following physician orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and our facility's policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians and according to our facility's policies.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
  • Assist physicians with rounds as needed.
  • Perform treatments scheduled during shifts and document appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing and proof of license renewal every other year.
  • Genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certified yearly.
