Nurse Practitioner in Medicine

The Albany Medical Center seeks a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse III to join our team in the Medicine department. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families while working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
This Clinical Nurse III role involves assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient needs throughout their episode of care. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring that competent and compassionate care is uniformly provided to all customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Medicine.
Working Conditions:
This role may require access to sensitive information, including HIPAA Protected Health Information. Workforce members are expected to ensure that access to information is based on a 'need to know' and is limited to the minimum necessary to perform assigned duties.

Salary Range:
$36.73 - $60.93 per hour. An estimated annual salary for this role is around $76,000 - $125,900.
