- Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in direct patient care and patient-related activities
- Communicate with healthcare team members regarding patient progress and plans
- Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation conferences as needed
- Record evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
