Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and coordinate patient care, educating patients and families on health and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and expediting care for those who require immediate attention.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent education.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet patient needs.
