Job Summary:

We are seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their homes or places of residence. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals, running errands, and performing light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks for clients
Run errands and perform light housekeeping tasks
Assist clients with mobility and transfer
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform personal care tasks
Ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, keep simple medical records, and function with minimal supervision
Must have reliable transportation
Must not have a criminal conviction that bars employment
Must meet any state requirements related to work experience
Must meet any state requirements related to training
