Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department. This includes managing the workflow, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians, leading training and coaching, and making decisions regarding performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory, and customer service

Supervise and train pharmacy technicians, including performance management and coaching

Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance pharmacy operations and customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

PTCB or ExCPT certification required

1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English required

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous people management/leadership experience

Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation
