Web Analyst Job Description

As a Web Analyst at Aquent, you will play a crucial role in synthesizing insights to inform the game's web strategy. You will be part of a high-visibility team that impacts strategic studio decisions, requiring speed, storytelling, and attention to detail. Your goal will be to optimize how we interact with our player community by benchmarking the success of web initiatives and providing recommendations for future improvements that drive the most impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the web team to integrate insights and research into our strategy
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to enable stakeholders to understand trends and impact from strategic initiatives
  • Analyze web traffic and funnels to identify correlations with engagement and revenue
  • Make recommendations to optimize clickthrough, page views, user experience, and sales
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve personalization
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience with Python and SQL, bonus if familiar with Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer
  • 3 years of experience with dashboarding tools, Power BI preferred
  • Local to Seattle area

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with autonomy when faced with solving data problems
  • Interest in games, bonus if experience in the gaming industry

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.43 to $61.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
