Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of the Civil Engineer will be the design of roadways, grading, drainage, and utilities associated with public, private, and institutional projects in a consulting firm environment.
  • Preparation of site civil engineering plans, including grading and erosion control plans, paving plans, watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with design of land development projects
  • Working knowledge of utility design, site grading, storm water management systems, zoning research, and permitting procedures
  • Strong proficiency with engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
