Sawfiler

We are seeking a skilled Sawfiler to join our team at Sierra Pacific Industries in Lincoln, California. As a Sawfiler, you will be responsible for tip and grind both carbide and stellite, bench band and round saws, and recognize and repair defects in saws.

• Tip and grind both carbide and stellite
• Bench band and round saws
• Recognize and repair defects in saws
• Work with a team focused on developing cutting-edge projects
• Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional heavy lifting

• 2 years of verifiable saw filing experience required
• Understanding of sawmill manufacturing operations and processes
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
