Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Donation Attendant at Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and promoting sales for Goodwill.
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, accurately labeling and storing items.
  • Offer receipts to donors and provide information on proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading donations, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
  • Perform daily safety inspections on company equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Participate in cross-training and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
