This is a full-time position as a Pediatric Speech Language Therapist for a school district located in Hillsboro, Oregon. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students within the school system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments: Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
- Develop Therapy Plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language goals, collaborating with teachers and parents as needed.
- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders, focusing on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, social communication skills, and fluency.

Requirements:
- Clinical Competence: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State License/Certification: Current state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for CCC.
- Pediatric Experience: Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
