Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; typical working hours range from 8:30am to 6:30pm, with variations based on specific routes.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $44,000 - $47,000 annually ($140/day plus commission, with the first 12 weeks guaranteed at $920/week).
Expectations:
- Receive 2-3 weeks of paid, hands-on training from supportive leaders focused on your success, emphasizing safety.
- Manage your own established route upon completing training.
- Compensation is performance-based; increased sales lead to higher earnings.
- Opportunities for bonuses through upselling and acquiring new clients.
- Monthly performance bonuses available.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Enjoy most weekends off with a consistent schedule averaging 50 hours per week (approximately 10-hour days).
