Job Title: CNC Grinder I

Job Summary:
Parlec LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Grinder I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinders, performing various grinding tasks, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC grinders to grind various parts
  • Inspect workpieces to meet quality standards
  • Operate precision gauging equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work with minimal supervision and follow work instructions

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations
  • Ability to interpret instructions and follow safety procedures

Physical Demands:
The employee is required to stand for extended periods, use hands to handle and feel objects, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus are necessary for part inspection and machine operation.
