We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Evening Trash Collector to join our team at Community Concierge Services LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective collection of trash and recyclables in our assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide training to new employees on CCS standards and requirements, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Audit and Quality Control: Conduct regular audits on new employees and existing staff to ensure all services are being performed in a clean and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Route Management: Manage assigned routes, ensuring all properties are 100% covered every night/day, even working multiple properties or late hours when needed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues on-site, such as equipment malfunctions or truck maintenance problems.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with management and colleagues, providing regular updates on progress and any issues that may arise.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle physically demanding work for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the company.
