Elementary Education Speech Therapist Position in Battle Ground, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school district in the Battle Ground area.
Job Summary:This full-time position will require the successful candidate to provide speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting thorough evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistent support for students' communication development and academic progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
- $50-60 per hour weekly compensation (W-2).
