Job DescriptionAt The Goddard School, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Pre K 2 program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that promote educational success and foster a love of learning in our students.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with our FLEX (Fun Learning Experience) approach
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices


Requirements:
  • NJ Teacher Certification P-3 or higher
  • An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience working with children in a Preschool setting
