About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Brooksby Village, a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located in Peabody, Massachusetts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting them in all aspects of daily living.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification is preferred
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills required
