We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at UHC Solutions in Western Indiana. As an Oral Health Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering quality-focused Oral Health care services to the rural underserved population.
About the RoleThis position involves working closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care. You will be part of a dynamic clinical team that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrated health care to all individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality-focused Oral Health care services to the rural underserved population
- Work closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care
- Participate in the development and implementation of oral health care programs and services
- Collaborate with community health care and social resources to improve health outcomes
We offer a strong compensation package, including:
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 to $190,000+ DOE
- Sign-On and Relocation Incentive: available for well-qualified providers
- NHSC Student Loan Qualified: qualifying HPSA score available for dental providers

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possess a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
- Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Indiana
- Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
