Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package based on billable services rendered. Our clinicians can earn up to $163,014 per year, working 4 or 5 days a week. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships. Additionally, we provide:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or other qualified field">
  • License in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT">
  • Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices">
  • Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages">
