Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company that is dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define product requirements based on the strategic vision of the product and the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features based on user needs.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, clearly articulating the business value to the product team and users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and product functionality.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics and customer usage patterns to inform product improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation and user manuals.
  • Assist in the coordination of product launches and ongoing product management activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong Business System Analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of product management tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Software and system design skills.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise and Cloud Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies and uses (S3, MongoDB, SQL etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
