Job Summary: As a General Cleaner at Diversified Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing various cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain a secure environment.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Requirements: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to follow instructions and procedures.
